Location: Litchfield / Dassel, MN
My client, a leading industrial component manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer / Supervisor to implement solid quality engineering practices and grow the quality organization.
A broad background in Quality Engineering preferably within a demanding quality environment such as medical device or precision components manufacturing is highly desired.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS in Engineering is desired (strong, relevant experience without the degree will be considered).
• 5+ year’s quality engineering experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Experience in medical device industry (FDA) preferred or other highly regulated industry required.
• Working knowledge of ISO 13485 or similar quality systems required. Experience as an ISO Manager would be beneficial.
• Experience using automated measuring systems is a plus.
• CAPA experience desired
• Experience establishing systems/processes to ensure traceability of product - DFMEA background desired.
• Experience with equipment validation desired.
• Good Manufacturing Practices background required.
