Location: St. Paul, MN
My client is seeking a strong, innovative New Product Development Engineer to lead the design of new water handling, water treatment and consumer products.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Validate product concepts
• Identify product development issues
• Drive product improvements
• Aid in the management of a large portfolio of filtration products
QUALIFICATIONS:
• B.S. Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of demonstrated new product development and project management experience.
• A strong background in the design of plastic components/assemblies is highly desired.
• Hands on testing skills
• Experience managing projects related to cost reduction
• Experience with product enhancements and quality improvements.
• Strong CAD skills, preferably Pro/E
